An analysis of wages and benefits in Northeast Indiana has produced a series of reports combining wage data from The Indiana Department of Workforce Development and benefits information provided by over 65 employers, including more than 20 in Noble County.

The survey of benefits practices and policies was conducted online and covered topics including time off, health insurance coverage, and financial incentives. Reports are organized into four categories specific to type of business:

  • Goods producing, construction, and logistics
  • Professional, financial and information services, and not-for-profits
  • Healthcare and social assistance organizations
  • Leisure, hospitality, retail, and restaurants

This survey is conducted routinely as a service of the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, of which Noble County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is a member and participant. The 2021 report was sponsored by Building Contractors Association of Northeast Indiana, Duke Energy, Indiana Michigan Power, NIPSCO, Northeast Indiana Works, Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, Regional Chamber of Northeast Indiana, and Wabash Valley Power.
