Be Noble Inc. has launched its annual fundraising campaign in support of operating expenses.

Be Noble’s team plays a critical role in ensuring a thriving economy in Noble County, acting as connectors and working to reduce duplicity of effort, streamline processes and communications, and enhance results. A continued dedication to collaboration has helped Noble County’s communities and service organizations to leverage capital, identify and pursue opportunities, innovate, and grow.

As part of a strategic Work Plan, Be Noble Inc. is focused on building development sights, enhancing a world class talent development system, launching a new leadership academy (Engage Noble), developing an entrepreneurial ecosystem, developing a housing strategy to address the housing shortage, and working with key community stakeholders to build an effective child care infrastructure. In addition, Be Noble Inc. provides day-to-day support services at no charge to employers, including tax abatement application processing, research and data, and more.

Be Noble relies on both public and private support to ensure the organization continues to operate as a key resource to help all of Noble County continue to thrive. Companies recruited, with the help of Be Noble Inc., employ thousands of people locally. These companies contribute significantly to the local tax base, helping to keep property taxes lower. Jobs attract housing and population growth, supporting local service providers, retail businesses, and attractions through increased spending.

Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Be Noble Inc. (formerly Noble County Economic Development Corporation) became a 501(c)3 non-profit, charitable organization in 2022 and operates under EIN 86-3876110.
