Following the closing of Noble County’s COVID Vaccination Clinic at the Noble County Public Library in Albion on June 30, the site is now the location for free COVID tests.

According to Noble County Health Officer Terry Gaff, the free test site that had been operating at the Community Learning Center in Kendallville has been moved to the library in Albion, lower level, Entrance 6. Vantage Point is continuing to operate the testing clinic.

Free COVID-19 vaccines are still available, however those are now administered at the Noble County Health Department. Call 260-636-2919 for an appointment for anyone age 12 or older.

Gaff points out that COVID tests are available elsewhere, but the Noble County clinic at the library is free and no other order is required. Testing is available in Albion on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1 to 7 p.m., and Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The testing site is closed on Sundays. For an appointment for a COVID-19 test, visit scheduling.coronavirus.in.gov. Walk-ins are also accepted.
