Leadership opportunities

If you are passionate about economic development and the betterment of Noble County and its communities, we encourage you to volunteer and help lead the way!

Be Noble Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors appointees by each of the six incorporated communities, Noble County Commissioners, and Noble County Council. Additional members are selected to represent the various market sectors that contribute to the local economy. They include agriculture, healthcare, industry, education, tourism, and small business. If you are interested in serving,  we encourage you to contact your local town or city council, county leadership, or contact us.

From time to time, Be Noble Inc. facilitates initiatives and projects that support strategic goals. Project leadership often requires the help of topic experts who work in specific occupations or sectors. Past examples have included the launch of the iSMART Lab, a Smart Factory technology learning lab; the Housing Coalition of Noble County, tasked to create a housing strategy for growth; and the Early Childhood Coalition (Thrive by 5) to tackle child care affordability and availability.
