Sidelined by the COVID-19 pandemic and taxing work schedules for most human resource professionals across Noble County over the past two years, Be Noble Inc. is excited to announce the return of HR Roundtables for local employers beginning April 6.

Be Noble will host quarterly meetings throughout the year, designed to support Noble County’s employers in their efforts to recruit and retain employees, The first meeting of the year takes place on Thursday, April 6 at the Community Learning Center in Kendallville from 8 – 9 AM in the Reception Room, 2nd Floor. Light refreshments will be provided.

This opportunity to network with other, local HR professionals before starting the work day will feature guest speaker Jenna Anderson, program coordinator for Thrive by 5, Noble County’s early child hood education coalition. Anderson will share details about what she believes is Indiana’s first Tri-Share Program, being launched in Noble, to help lessen the financial obstacles that prevent work-ready parents from entering, or re-entering the workforce.

Anderson has compelling data to share and will be ready to help answer questions related to Noble County’s strategies to increase child care capacity and quality of care.
