In May 2022, Be Noble Inc. signed on with the Housing Resource Hub, aka “The HUB”, an organization created in 2020 that helps communities optimize their local housing market by using a proprietary approach to mobilize a vision into action. Through this partnership has come an understanding of Noble County’s Housing Market Potential and a strategy to explore catalyst sites.
