Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb announced on January 9, 2024, an historic investment from Lilly Endowment that will support projects statewide focused on blight remediation and redevelopment projects, as well as arts and culture initiatives.

Northeast Indiana, like other regions that will submit a proposal for funding, will be asked to identify and prioritize the top four investment opportunities in each Lilly Endowment grant focus. These opportunities will be reviewed by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) and other partners as part of the READI 2.0 submissions process.
