Outdoor Power Equipment Product Expert

Are you passionate about helping people find the right equipment and get the most out of it? Join our sales team as a Product Expert!You'll be the go-to person for our customers — greeting them, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right products and solutions. You'll also serve as the liaison between customers and our service techs, managing accurate service tickets and quotes, and keeping folks in the loop every step of the way.What you'll do: Be the face of our sales and service department Bridge communication between customers and technicians Create and manage service tickets and quotes Keep the department clean, safe, and professional Build lasting relationships with new and returning customersWhat we're looking for: Sales or service/parts counter background Experience with small engines and troubleshooting equipment issues High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable lifting/moving up to 25 lbs frequently, up to 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance) Bonus: service writing experience in commercial lawn, auto, or power outdoor equipmentYou'll train on and stay current with top brands like BadBoy, Scag, Stihl, CF Moto, and Honda.Full-time.
