✔ Work in small groups and one-on-one to provide direct instruction in reading and math
✔ Adapt lessons and instruction using evidence-based practices for students with exceptional needs
✔ Assist with the development and implementation of IEPs and maintain IEPs to reflect student progress
✔ Collaborate with students, staff and families to support educational growth and transitions from grade to grade
You're qualified if you:
✔ Currently hold or have the ability to obtain an Indiana Teacher's License (Elementary Mild Intervention)
✔ Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Have the patience and ability to relate to students and support their diverse learning styles
