Tara Streb

Tara Streb brings nearly a decade of experience in community leadership, economic development, relationship building, and public service to her role as Executive Director. Since joining Be Noble in 2019, Tara has been an integral part of advancing initiatives that foster economic growth, strengthen communities, and create opportunities throughout Noble County.

Throughout her career, Tara has built a strong foundation of relationships and connections with local businesses, municipalities, community organizations, and regional partners. Her collaborative approach and understanding of the community have been instrumental in supporting business development, workforce initiatives, housing, and quality-of-life improvements.

In recognition of her contributions and leadership, Tara was named a Fort Wayne Business Weekly 40 Under 40 recipient. She also completed Ambassador Institute’s Academy for Civic Engagement in 2024, further strengthening her knowledge of community leadership and public service.

Driven by a genuine passion for Noble County, Tara is committed to bringing people together, building meaningful partnerships, and creating opportunities that support a thriving local economy. Her leadership is rooted in collaboration, service, and a belief that strong relationships are the foundation for lasting community growth.
